DJ Homes offer both house and land packages as a complete package through different stages of design and construction or a split package.

The designs for each of our blocks have either been custom designed or specifically chosen to suit the block, its aspect and orientation. 

Depending on the stage of the design and construction process, you may be able to do as much as start the design again from scratch or make selections to suit your individual tastes.

Our pricing includes considerations that another builder might consider an upgrade. At DJ Homes, we include features such as approval costs, site costs, concrete driveway, floor coverings and blinds, as well as meeting the minimum energy requirements for all new homes we build.
