We had Cavan Rise lined up for a house and land package when Dom and Nicki saw the package and fell in love with the block and the bushland outlook.

Even though we had approved plans, Dom and Nicki needed a design to suit their needs and given we hadn't made a start to construction, we were able to work with them to customise a design that did just that.

The final result is a modern design taking advantage of the great views.
